We are located at 36 Sector 9. It is a decent-sized house that we converted into an office space some time ago. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win during the rainy season. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting around a big wooden table that we’ve had since we started. We handle property stuff for people in the neighborhood and nearby sectors. People stop by to ask about plot prices or if we know anyone looking to rent out a floor. We don't have a big glossy website with professional photos. Most of what we know comes from just being here for so many years and talking to the neighbors. The walls are covered with some old maps of the area that are starting to yellow at the edges. We keep our files in those heavy metal cabinets that clank every time you open them. It gets a bit dusty in here, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need. Our day usually starts with a round of tea and a look at the local papers to see what’s going on. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking here. It is just basic property consulting, helping folks buy or sell without too much fuss. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it is completely silent. That is just how the business goes in this part of town.
