Down in Mohali, specifically at 463 Phase 3 A, is where Engg Consultant Lbps Ltd is located. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, not too far from the main road, so it’s easy for people to find us. The office is basically a bunch of rooms filled with blueprints and some heavy-duty computers that we use for our consulting tasks. We’ve been in this part of Punjab for a good while now. The weather gets really hot in the summer, so our air conditioner is usually running at full blast, making a low humming sound in the background of all our meetings. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. Mostly, we just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical side of things. There are a few trees outside our window that give some nice shade, which is a small relief. We handle a lot of different engineering queries, some simple and some that take weeks to figure out. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person telling us what to say. We just answer the phone, listen to what the client needs, and try to give them some practical advice. Some days we are out on sites and other days we are just stuck here in Phase 3 A typing away. It’s a regular job for us and we just try to be useful to the people who come through our door.
