Earth Realtors is located right along Kharar Road on the NH-21 stretch. It’s a busy area, especially with the Chawla Filling Station right nearby. You can usually see the trucks and cars pulling in for fuel from our front door. We are close to the Sagar Ratna in Hallomajra, which is a good landmark if you are coming from out of town or near TDI City. The office itself is in units 117-118. It’s a straightforward space with plenty of room for us to sit down and go through property papers without feeling too cramped. The highway noise is a constant thing here, but you get used to it after a week or so. We spend a lot of time driving up and down this road looking at different plots and buildings. The area has changed a lot lately with more people moving towards the newer developments, so we stay fairly busy just keeping up with who is buying what. It’s mostly just us and a couple of computers, nothing too high-tech. If the weather is nice, we might have the door propped open, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and it feels like a small community even with all the highway traffic passing through. Just a regular bunch of people working in a regular office by the side of the road, keeping track of things.
