Our office is tucked away at Chamber No 1 near the Chandigarh G.P.O. It is a central spot, which is handy for everyone. Being near the General Post Office means there is always a lot of movement. We have been working from this chamber for a long time. It is a small space, but it is enough for what we do. We mostly deal with property around Chandigarh and the surrounding areas. People come to us when they have questions about land or houses. We do not have a big team or a lot of flash. It is just us and our files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who walk in. Since we are right at the G.P.O., it is easy for people to drop off documents. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. Real estate can be a headache, so we just keep it simple. We are not interested in fancy marketing. Most people find us because they were already at the post office or heard about us from a neighbor. We know the city well and how things work here. Every day is a bit different. One day we are looking at shops, the next it is residential plots. We just take things as they come. It is a steady way to work and it keeps us connected to the city we live in.
