Direct Property Deal

Direct Property Deal is located on the first floor of S.C.O. 394 in Sector 20. A good way to find us is to look for the Reliance Fresh, because we’re right above it. It’s a convenient spot because we can just pop downstairs if we need anything. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of property listings taped to the walls or kept in binders. Being in Sector 20 means there’s a lot of foot traffic, and we get people wandering in just to see what’s available. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for a new place. It’s a lot of back and forth, phone calls, and visits to different sites. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just use a regular kettle for tea. The work is steady, and we try to stay on top of all the new developments in the area. It can get a bit loud with the shoppers downstairs, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't a big chain or anything; we’re just a local office doing property deals. It’s straightforward work. We show up, talk to people, check the listings, and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. That’s our day at S.C.O. 394. Some days are long, and the paperwork never seems to end, but that is part of the business.
