Our office is at 145 Manimajra on the 1st Main of Chandra Layout. We are up on the first floor, which is actually quite nice because it is directly opposite the Government High School. You can hear the kids playing and the bells ringing all day long. It gives the place a lot of energy. Dharamraj Estate Consultant is where we do our daily work, mostly talking to people about their land and buildings. Chandra Layout is a busy area and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street. We have been in this Manimajra spot for some time now. The office is pretty simple with some old wooden furniture and a few ceiling fans that click a bit when they are on high. We deal with all sorts of property consultations, nothing too fancy, just helping people understand what they can do with their space. Sometimes parents from the school across the street stop by after dropping their kids off to ask about local prices. We usually have a pot of coffee or tea going. It is a very normal, local business. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some maps and our own experience of the neighborhood. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time. We like being part of the noise and life of Chandra Layout. It keeps the day interesting for us while we work.
