Dft Real Estate has an office at Sco 363 in Sector 35. We are right in the Ghanshyam Avenue building. Sector 35 is one of those places in Chandigarh where there is always something happening. There are plenty of shops and people walking around, especially during the lunch hour. Our office is a typical SCO setup. We have a front area where people can sit and wait, and a back area where we keep all the property files and registers. It’s a bit cluttered because we have so many maps and documents from over the years. We don't go in for that modern, minimalist look you see in magazines. It’s just a working office with wooden desks and some old-fashioned fans. We spend a lot of our day talking to people who want to buy or sell property in the city. Since we are in Sector 35, we get a lot of walk-ins. Some people just want to know the current rates, and we tell them what we know based on the recent deals we’ve handled. We drink a lot of tea while going through the paperwork. It’s a steady job, and we’ve gotten to know the layout of the city like the back of our hand. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency, just a place where you can get some straight talk about real estate.
