Dell

Our place is at number 15 in Sector 27 A, right here in Chandigarh. If you are familiar with the city layout, you know it’s a lot of straight roads and green trees. This particular area is mostly residential houses, so it feels a bit different than working in a big commercial plaza. We have our setup inside one of these buildings. It is a bit small but it fits what we need for the daily operations. There is a small porch out front where the delivery guys leave stuff if we aren’t quick enough to the door. Most of the day is spent on computers or sorting through parts and paperwork. The lighting inside isn't the best, so we usually keep the windows open to let in some air. It gets quite cold here in the winters, and we end up wearing heavy sweaters even while sitting inside. Traffic isn't too bad on this street except for when the nearby schools let out in the afternoon. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in notes and old receipts. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy with Dell equipment all day long. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time and have gotten used to the quiet rhythm of the neighborhood. Nothing fancy happens here, just the regular grind of running things in a corner of Chandigarh. We just take it one day at a time.
