Darpan Cloth House

Darpan Cloth House is located at SCO-84 in Sector 17. If you know the area, you know it’s a pretty standard business block. Our shop is filled with rolls of cloth of every variety you can think of. We spend our days measuring out lengths of fabric for people who want to make their own outfits. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting those heavy bolts and laying them out on the counter. The counters are old wood and have a few scratches from all the years of use. We don't really mind, it shows we’ve been working hard. The shop has a specific smell, like starch and wool. We have a few mirrors around so people can hold the fabric up against themselves to see how it looks. Usually, there’s a bit of thread or some lint on the floor, no matter how much we sweep during the day. Sector 17 is a good place to be, though it gets quite crowded during the peak hours. We have a regular routine of opening the shutters and setting up the front display every morning. It isn't a flashy place, just a dependable cloth house where you can get what you need without a fuss. We have some regulars who have been coming to us for years, and we appreciate that. It’s just a normal shop run by people who know their fabric and keep things simple.
