We started D L Holidays right here in Chandigarh in the 160017 district. It is a local operation through and through. We spend our days helping people figure out their holiday plans and travel schedules. The office is a simple place where we keep our files and take our calls. It is not one of those polished places you see in the city center; it is more of a neighborhood spot. We have been doing this for some time now and we’ve learned a lot about what people in this area are looking for when they want to go on a trip. It is mostly just a few of us working here, so it stays pretty quiet unless we have a bunch of people come in at once. We don’t use any big marketing tricks or fancy language to talk about what we do. We just tell people what is available and help them book it. It is honest work and we enjoy the interactions we have with our regulars. Chandigarh is home for us, and we like that our business is part of the local fabric. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork and have to fix it, but we always try to make it right. It’s just a normal, everyday business run by real people. We don't have a big mission statement, we just want to help you get your holiday sorted out properly.
