We are based out in VPO Bajjoana, which is in the Nathana Tehsil of the Bathinda district. It’s a different world out here compared to the big cities. Our office is more of a local hub where people from the village and nearby areas come when they need some consultancy help. We deal with a lot of paperwork and official things that can be confusing for folks. The building is simple, and we have a view of the fields from the back window, which is nice when the crops are growing. In the winter, it gets quite cold, so we bundle up, and in the summer, we just keep the doors open to let whatever breeze there is come through. Life moves a bit slower in this part of Punjab, and our work reflects that. We take our time to listen to whoever walks in, often over a cup of hot tea. We don't have a website that we update or any of that fancy stuff. Most people know us by word of mouth or just because they’ve seen our sign while driving through Nathana. It’s a family-like atmosphere where we all know each other’s names and what’s going on in the village. We just try to be useful to the community and keep our records straight. It’s been our home for a long time, and we don't plan on changing how we do things.
