We set up shop in Sector 10 a few years back and have been running things from here ever since. The name Cozy Tours was something we picked because it sounded friendly, not because we’re trying to be some high-end luxury outfit. We’re just a small team of people who like travel and know how to put a trip together. The office in Sector 10 is where we spend most of our time, usually huddled around a desk trying to piece together an itinerary that makes sense. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with hotels and transport providers. Sometimes it’s frustrating when things don't line up, but we stay at it until it’s right. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the people who book with us actually get to where they’re going without a bunch of drama. We’ve had all sorts of travelers come through, from families wanting a quick break to people planning something much bigger. We try to be honest about what they can expect. If a place isn't great, we’ll probably tell you. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel lately, but the basics stay the same. People want to see something interesting and they don't want to spend a fortune doing it. We’re just here in the neighborhood helping them figure that out. The kettle is usually on if you happen to stop by to discuss a trip.
