Cosmic Hr Solutions is based at 5725 Sec38 W Chd. That is in Sector 38 West in Chandigarh. It is a nice part of the city to be in. The streets are laid out in that typical Chandigarh way. Our office isn't very large, but it fits us just fine. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at resumes and paperwork. It is a lot of reading and talking to people about their jobs. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it picks up when we have people coming in for meetings. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just pulls up a chair if someone stops by. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We have a small kettle for tea and coffee in the corner. Sometimes we sit there and talk about things other than work just to take a break. Sector 38 West has a good feel to it. It’s not as chaotic as some other parts of the city. We’ve grown accustomed to the view from the window and the way the shadows move across the room in the late afternoon. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people working out of this space. We do our best to keep things moving and stay organized with all the files we have to manage.
