Construktive Ideas Management

We are based in Chandigarh, specifically in Sector 45A at House No 416 4. It’s a standard residential house that we use for our work at Construktive Ideas Management. Chandigarh is planned so well that everything looks the same sometimes, but we like our little corner here. We deal with managing different projects and ideas, mostly in the construction world. It’s not a big team, just a few of us sitting around desks. We talk a lot about schedules and how to get things finished on time. Sometimes the projects are big and sometimes they are just small repairs. We don't have a lobby or a secretary. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. The house has a small garden out front that we try to keep neat, but the weeds usually win. We drink a lot of coffee while looking at spreadsheets. It sounds a bit dull, but someone has to keep track of where the money and materials are going. We’ve been in this sector for a few years now. The neighbors are nice and they don't complain about us being here. We just go about our business and try to keep things moving. There’s no big corporate philosophy here. We just look at what needs to be done today and then we do it. It’s pretty straightforward and we try not to overthink things.
