We are based in the Andhra Bank Building over in Sector 17C. It's a busy part of Chandigarh, right in the middle of everything. We've been at this address, Sco 202-03-04, for a while now. Most days it’s just us sitting here handling tickets and looking at routes for people who walk in. People come by after doing their banking or shopping nearby. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just some desks and computers where we work out the details for trips. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside because of the traffic and people moving around the sector, but we get the work done. We handle local stuff and some longer trips too. It’s mostly about making sure the dates line up and the prices are okay for whoever is asking. We try to be clear about what’s possible and what isn’t. Dealing with travel paperwork can be a headache, so we just sit down and go through it one step at a time. If you’re walking around Sector 17, you’ll see our sign. We are usually here during the normal day hours, sometimes staying a bit late if there is a lot to finish up. It’s a straightforward operation. We just like being in this part of town because it’s easy for folks to find us when they need to sort out their travel plans. It keeps us busy and connected to the city.
