Citi Financial Mortgage

We operate out of House No 4415 in Maloya Colony. It is a bit different because we are tucked away in a residential part of Chandigarh, rather than being in a big commercial hub or a shopping mall. This means it is usually a bit quieter around here, which is nice for focusing on all the mortgage paperwork we have to do. People find us when they are looking for help with their home loans or property documents. Since we are based in Maloya, a lot of our visitors are neighbors or people from the nearby blocks. The office is basically just a few rooms set up with sturdy desks and metal filing cabinets. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It is just a place where work gets done. Most of our day is spent going through bank statements and loan applications. Chandigarh is a very planned city, but Maloya has its own character and a slower pace. We like being here because it feels more like a community than a business park. We have our little routine: tea in the morning, sorting the mail, and then meeting with whoever has an appointment that day. Sometimes the power goes out, or the street gets noisy with kids playing, but that is just part of life in the colony. We have been at this address for some time now and most people in the lane know us. It is a simple setup for a serious job.
