Chouhan Associates

Chouhan Associates is situated at 31 B Phase Iv on New Kosad Road. It’s a developing area, so there is usually some construction noise or a truck rumbling past at any given hour. Our office is a straightforward place, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we put in our forty hours and then some. We’ve got a couple of rooms filled with desks, and the walls are mostly covered with calendars and maps of the local area. Being in Phase Iv means we’ve seen the road change quite a bit lately. New Kosad Road used to be much quieter, but now there’s a lot more life to it. We don't spend much money on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We’re just a small team of associates who know the area well and keep our heads down. Lunch is usually a group affair where we sit around and talk about things other than work for thirty minutes. It’s a good way to keep from getting too stressed out. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we bought it as we needed it over the years. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. If you come by 31 B, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to do a good job without all the corporate jargon you hear elsewhere. It’s a simple office for a simple purpose.
