Chief Properties

Our spot is Booth No. 175 over in Sector 64, which is part of Phase 10 in Sas Nagar. It’s a small booth, but it’s where we do all our business for Chief Properties. We spend a lot of time sitting here taking calls or looking over the local maps of the area. Sas Nagar has been changing so much lately, and Sector 64 is right in the middle of it. We help people buy bits of land or find houses that are up for sale. Most of our day is spent outdoors, actually. We are often out at different sites, checking on construction or showing plots to people who are thinking of building. The booth can get a bit dusty because of all the work going on nearby, but that’s just part of being in a growing area. We keep our records in some old ledgers and a computer that’s seen better days. It isn't a corporate environment at all. We know most of the other shopkeepers around the booth and often grab a snack from the vendor nearby. People come to us because they want to know the real prices and not just what they see in some advertisement. We try to be honest about what a piece of land is worth. It is a lot of hard work and walking under the sun, but we like being part of the local community here in Phase 10. We don't have any big staff, just us and the keys to the local properties.
