Chhabra Properties

Our office for Chhabra Properties is on the 1st Floor at 461-462 Sector 35 Sector 17 B. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you are here, it makes sense. Being on the first floor means we have to walk up the stairs every morning, which is good exercise I suppose. The office has big windows that look out over the sector, and we can see people going about their business all day. We have two units combined, so there is plenty of room for all the files and the extra chairs we keep for visitors. It is not a very modern place, just some old desks and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. We mostly deal with local folks who know the area well. Sector 35 is always changing, but our office stays pretty much the same. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls and notebooks scattered around. It is a bit messy, but we know exactly where everything is. Usually, the morning is spent catching up on phone calls while the afternoon is for meeting people who drop by. We don't go for anything flashy here. It is just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and get through the list of things to do. If the stairs don't bother you, it is a decent place to sit and talk.
