Chawla Real Estate has been based at SCO 41 in Sector 47 for quite some time. If you know the market area here, you probably walked past our door a dozen times. We aren't trying to be one of those big national chains you see on TV. We are just a small team working out of this office in Sector 47. Dealing with real estate is mostly about knowing who is selling what and who wants to buy it. We keep track of the local listings on our old computer and in a few big folders on the shelf. The office at SCO 41 is where we spend most of our mornings, usually catching up on calls or meeting folks who live around here. It gets a bit crowded on Saturdays when everyone has time off to look at properties. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just us answering the phone and showing people around different spots in the sector. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but that's just part of the job. Most of our clients are people who already live in Sector 47 or are looking to move closer to their work. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, new shops opening up and old houses getting renovated. It's a decent place to work, and we like being right in the middle of the action at SCO 41.
