Chawla Estates

Our office is located at 1132 33 in Sector 22. It is a decent-sized space but we have filled it up with all sorts of things over the years. We have been working in Sector 22 for a long time, so we have seen the neighborhood change a lot. We mostly help people with houses and plots around this specific area. We are not trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We are just happy working right here where we know everyone. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and tea cups, which shows we are actually working. We do not have any slick presentations or corporate videos to show you. If you come by, we will just sit down and talk about what you are looking for. We know the local rules and the people at the municipal office, which helps get things done without too much trouble. It is a simple way of doing business that has worked for us. We do not go for high-pressure sales or anything like that. That is not our style. We just show the properties and let people decide for themselves. Most of our clients are just regular families from around the sector. We like the community here and we plan on staying in this same spot for a lot longer. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us and we like to keep things as simple as possible.
