Our place is at 1099 Sector 10 on C G Road. It is a fairly straightforward location to find if you are familiar with this part of the city. We have been around for a bit, just handling property stuff for the locals. The office is not anything fancy, just a room where we keep our files and meet people who are looking for a change in their living situation. C G Road can get quite busy, but our spot stays relatively quiet most of the time. We spend our days mostly on the phone or walking around the sector to see what houses are empty or coming up for rent soon. We do not use any of those big corporate strategies. We just talk to people and see what they need. If we have something that fits, we show it. If not, we tell them honestly. It is a small operation, mostly just a few of us who have lived in this area for years. We know which streets are quiet and which ones get too much traffic.
