Chandigarh Properties

Chandigarh Properties is located at 85-44 in Sector 22. Specifically, we are on 19th A Cross, near the 9th Main. It’s a specific part of the sector that we know inside and out. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a table where we lay out the blueprints and documents. Sector 22 is a nice place to work because you get a mix of everything. We spend a lot of time walking around the different blocks to see what’s going on. The office itself is nothing too fancy. We have a small cupboard for our files and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. Most mornings start with a quick cleanup and then checking the messages left on the phone. People from the 19th A Cross often stop by just to say hello or ask about the local prices. We’ve been here long enough that we don't really need a map for Sector 22 anymore. The 9th Main gets quite busy during the evening rush, so we usually stay a bit late to avoid the traffic. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to make sure the property deals go through without too much trouble. If you find yourself on 19th A Cross, you’ll see our small sign out front near the entrance, right by the gate.
