Chandigarh Nagpur Roadlines

We spend most of our time here at 5 Sector 26 in Sarswati Nagar dealing with the trucks coming and going. It’s a busy spot and there is always something to do with the logs or talking to the drivers who are heading down towards Nagpur. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we keep the files and answer the phones when people call to check on their loads. My desk is usually covered in papers and tea cups because the days get long when the weather is bad or the traffic is backed up on the main roads. We have been in this part of Chandigarh for a while now and the neighbors know us by the sound of the engines in the early morning. Sometimes it gets dusty with all the movement, but that’s just how the transport business works. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routes and how to get the paperwork sorted so the trucks don't get stuck at the checkpoints. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go sideways, but we just try to get it back on track. The location in Sarswati Nagar is convenient because it's easy for the drivers to find us before they head out on the long haul. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come, nothing more to it than that really.
