Chandhok Estate

Chandhok Estate is tucked away at 75 Mohali 6th Cross, 3rd Main. It is a local spot where we deal with whatever real estate needs come up in the area. The neighborhood around 6th Cross is usually active, with people going about their business. Our office isn't very large, but it serves us well. We have some old wooden desks and a couple of cabinets for the files. Most of the day is spent talking to people who live nearby or are looking to move into Mohali. We’ve seen the 3rd Main road change quite a bit over the years. Some houses get knocked down and new ones go up, and we try to keep an eye on all of it. It’s a practical kind of job. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Just some maps of the sectors and a calendar that usually has a few marks on it for meetings. The air conditioner makes a bit of a hum, but you get used to it after a while. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back. It’s a good place for a chat if someone is curious about a house down the street. We’ve lived around here long enough to know the shortcuts and which blocks are the quietest. It’s just us doing our thing every day at this corner of Mohali, trying to keep up with the paperwork and the phone calls that never seem to stop.
