Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and t-shirts. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and talking amongst ourselves. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room near the entrance, but they aren't very formal. The neighborhood is mostly families, so it’s quiet enough that you can hear the birds in the morning. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple nameplate on the gate. It’s a practical place to work, and we like that it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate environment. We just come in, do our thing for a few hours, and then head home. It’s a very straightforward way of working, and it suits us just fine here in Haryana.
