If you know the sectors here, you know it's a pretty standard residential-style area where a lot of small businesses operate out of houses. It makes the workspace feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass building. We’ve got our office set up inside, and it works well for what we do. We mostly deal with people looking for advice on their jobs. It’s a lot of listening and looking at details. Chandigarh is a planned city, so everything feels very orderly around here, which we like. The trees on the street give some nice shade when we walk out for a break. Inside House No 4041, it’s mostly just desks and the sound of typing. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to say hello. We like it that way because it's more personal. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the local market pretty well. It’s just a group of us who enjoy the work. We aren't chasing some big corporate dream. We just want to make sure people who come to us leave with some clear ideas. It’s a practical place for practical work, and we think that’s plenty. It is just a simple way to spend the work week without any big fuss or unnecessary stress.
