We’re based out of House No-2161 in Sector 71, Mohali. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s got a bit of a homey feel to it. Working in events means we are rarely just sitting still. There’s always some equipment to check or a vendor to call. Chandigarh and Mohali are busy places, and there is always something happening. We handle the logistics and the stuff that people don't really see when they go to a function. It's about making sure the chairs are there, the sound is working, and everyone knows where to go. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a dedicated team that knows how to get things done. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or a light bulb blowing out, but we just fix it. That's the nature of this kind of work. Our office is full of files and old event photos. It’s not a showroom. It’s a workspace. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just talk about who is bringing what and at what time. It’s practical work. Being in Sector 71 is handy because we can get around the city pretty easily from here. It’s a straightforward business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty to make things happen.
