Call Care

Call Care is situated at Number 1 on the Old Ropar Road in Sector- 22. It is a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise from the traffic coming in through the front door. We spend most of our time looking at small screens and trying to fix buttons that don't click anymore. The shop is filled with plastic bins full of charging cables and old battery packs. We have a small counter where people leave their devices. Sometimes the place gets a bit messy with all the tiny screws and bits of glass from broken screens. We try to keep things moving because people usually want their phones back as soon as possible. It is a lot of sitting and focusing on very small things. The light from the street lamps comes in during the evening while we are finishing up the last few jobs. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the tools. Most of the day is spent explaining why something stopped working or trying to find a part that is out of stock. It is just a regular repair shop on a busy road. We keep a small stool near the window for people to sit while they wait for a quick fix, though most people just walk around and come back later. We have been here long enough that people know to look for us.
