Our cafe is right at the Subhash Bridge Corner in Keshav Nagar, within Sector 35. It’s a small place, nothing too complicated. We’ve got a few tables inside and a view of the bridge where the traffic builds up. People usually stop by while they’re waiting for someone or just passing through the corner. We serve coffee and some basic snacks. The walls are a plain color, and we have a few old pictures hanging up. It’s not a designer space, just a local shop. We open up in the morning and stay until the evening. The sound of the cars on the bridge is always in the background. Sometimes it gets a little dusty because of the road, but we wipe the tables down constantly. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who take turns behind the counter. The espresso machine is quite old but it still works fine. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s the kind of place where you don’t have to dress up. We’ve been at this corner for quite some time. The menu is short because we only have a small kitchen area. Sometimes we run out of milk late in the day, so we have to run to the store. It’s a simple life running a cafe at a busy intersection. We just provide a spot for people to take a break and watch the world go by for a bit.
