Cafe Coffee Day

Being located on 100 Feet Road in Sector 35 at 411-41 makes this Cafe Coffee Day a pretty busy place most days. The road outside is always full of cars and people moving around, so we get a lot of that energy coming through the front door. We’ve got a mix of tall stools and regular tables. The floor is that dark tile that shows every bit of dust, so we are constantly mopping it. It’s just a part of the daily grind here. We get a lot of office workers who come in for a quick shot of espresso before they head back to their desks. Then in the evening, it switches over to more of a social crowd. The grinders are always going, which makes it hard to hear sometimes. We have a small staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from frothing milk to taking out the trash. The air conditioning is usually cranked up high because it gets stuffy with so many people. We don't really have any fancy decorations, just the standard posters and the menu board behind the counter. It’s a practical setup for a busy road like this. We just focus on keeping the orders moving and making sure the tables aren't sticky for the next person who sits down. It’s a long day, but we’re used to the pace of Sector 35.
