Buchkey'S

If you walk around Sector 15D, you will find us at number 35. Buchkey'S is just a small place where we do things our own way. We get a lot of students from the nearby university and people who work around the market. It’s usually quite loud because of the music we play and all the talking. We don't have a lot of space, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy, but that’s part of the vibe here. My friends and I run the place, so it doesn't feel like a strict office or anything like that. We are just making food and hanging out while we work. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking until someone comes in, and other days we are running around like crazy trying to keep up with the orders. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just want to serve good stuff and get through the day. The kitchen is basic, the seating is simple, and we like it that way. Sometimes we try out new things on the menu just to see if people like them. If they don't, we just take them off. It’s a very casual setup and we don't take things too seriously, as long as the food is ready and the customers are satisfied. That’s about it for us.
