Broadways Real Estate has its office up on the first floor of SCO 186-188 in Sector 17-C. Anyone from Chandigarh knows that Sector 17 is the heart of the city, so it’s always buzzing with people shopping or going to offices. Being in the SCO buildings means we are right in the middle of all that action. We aren’t on the ground floor, so you have to come up the stairs to find us. It’s a decent-sized space where we manage the daily work of real estate. There is always someone coming in to ask about commercial shops or residential plots in the different sectors. We’ve spent a lot of time in this office, looking out at the plaza and seeing the city grow. It’s a professional environment but in a very local, practical way. We don’t go for any of that high-pressure sales talk. Usually, we just sit down with a map or some files and explain what is available. Sector 17 has its own rhythm, and we’ve become quite used to it over the years. Whether it is a small booth or a large house, we just try to give clear answers. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls, but that’s what the job is. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible, and people know where to find us when they need help with property.
