Brar Property Consultant is set up over at 12 Sector 17, right on Vishram Nagar Road. This spot is just off the main Patiala Road, which is pretty convenient for anyone coming into town. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit now. It’s just a standard local office, nothing too flashy. We focus on property around here because we know the area inside out. A lot of the time we’re out visiting sites or checking on things, but someone is usually at the desk. We get a lot of people asking about the plots nearby. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something happening with the land or the shops. We try to keep it simple. If someone wants to sell something or they’re looking for a place to rent, they come talk to us. We don't use any high-tech systems or anything, just our ledgers and some local knowledge. It works well enough for us. The Patiala Road traffic can be loud in the afternoons, but you get used to it. We like being part of the community here in Vishram Nagar. Most of the people we deal with are folks we see at the market or around the neighborhood. It’s a small operation but we keep busy enough. We don't really have a fancy pitch, we just show people what's on the books and answer the questions as they come. It's a living, and we enjoy doing it.
