Bir Property Consultants

Bir Property Consultants is located right at Booth No. 1 in Sector 19, specifically the Sector 19/C side. It is a small space, just a typical booth like you see all over this part of town. Being near the Post Office is handy because there are always people walking past on their way to mail letters or do their banking. We have a small sign outside and a few plastic chairs for anyone who needs to sit down for a minute. The sector is quite old and has a lot of trees, which is nice when it gets hot in the summer. Inside the booth, it’s a bit cramped because we have so many registers and files from over the years. We keep everything on paper mostly, though there is a small computer on the desk that we use sometimes. The door is usually open unless it’s raining hard. People from the neighborhood often stick their heads in to say hello or ask if we’ve heard of any houses going up for lease. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that. Most of our day is spent talking to the locals and keeping an eye on the market in Sector 19. It’s a quiet way to work, but it keeps us busy enough. We know the corners of this sector better than most, having sat in this booth for so many seasons. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic, but we just wipe the desk and keep going with our work in the afternoons.
