We are located at Sector 21 Park Site 111. The shop is right near the entrance to the park, which is nice because of the trees and the fresh air. We handle a lot of phone-related stuff, like new connections and fixing small issues with settings. The shop interior is pretty basic with a few glass counters and some stools. We have a lot of posters for different mobile networks on the windows. It keeps the place a bit shaded. During the weekends, the park gets very crowded and we get people coming in for emergency chargers or to fix a cracked screen they just got. The floor is made of grey stone and it’s easy to clean. We have a small cupboard in the back where we keep our tools and spare batteries. Sometimes the kids from the park come in just to look at the latest phone models we have on display. We’ve been at this Park Site location for quite a while now. The street noise isn't too bad because the park acts as a bit of a buffer. We spend a lot of our time explaining data plans to people who find them confusing. The computer we use for the billing is quite old and takes a minute to start up in the morning. We usually close up for a bit in the middle of the day for a break. It's a quiet, steady kind of business for us. We usually have a thermos of coffee on the back shelf to keep us going through evening.
