Bharti Televenture(Airtel)

Our base is at House No-1116 in Sector-36/C, Chandigarh. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted into our workspace, so it doesn't look like those big glass towers you see in the city center. This part of Chandigarh is quite nice, with a lot of greenery and wide streets. Working out of a house makes things feel a bit more relaxed for the team here at Bharti Televenture. We handle a lot of the local Airtel coordination from this spot. It’s not uncommon to find us sitting in what used to be a living room, talking about signal towers or customer issues. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make lunch, and the backyard is a good place to take a break when the sun isn't too hot. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet and not bother the neighbors. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy office park. We know the area well and most of us have been in Chandigarh for years. If a customer needs something, they can usually find us easily because Sector-36 is a well-known part of town. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform; you just knock on the door and someone will come to help you out. It’s a simple, down-to-earth way to get through the workday. Most of our meetings happen over the dining table.
