Working out of H No 393 in Phase 3B1 is quite different from being in a city center. Mohali has a certain way about it, and this area feels like a mix of home and business. It’s a bit more relaxed than Chandigarh, though we are right on the edge of it. Our office is just a regular house that’s been converted into a working space. It’s got that residential feel which makes the whole day seem a bit more manageable. We don't have flashy signs or a big marketing team here. It’s just us sitting at our desks, managing the connections for the neighborhood. You might see us heading out for lunch or catching a break in the small yard. The street is usually lined with cars, and you get to know the people walking their dogs or heading to the local market. We deal with the usual stuff like technical glitches and customer queries, and we do it without much fuss. It gets quite cold here in the winters, so we usually have a heater going and plenty of tea. It’s a quiet life in 3B1, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we are just the local Bharti Airtel team making sure the lines stay clear. We stay busy, we talk to the people who stop by, and we go home when the sun sets.
