We have been at 1013 Sector 19 for a while now. It is just a local spot for Bhagwati Property Consultants. Usually, it is just us answering the phone and showing folks around properties nearby. It gets busy, and sometimes we are out of the office more than in it. If you walk by Sector 19, you will likely see our sign. We handle the paperwork and look at houses all day. It is not fancy. Just a small office with some desks and a lot of coffee. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend all our time walking them. People come in asking about rentals or if anyone is selling. We try to keep track of what is available. Sometimes the market is slow, other times it is crazy. We just take it as it comes. Usually, someone is around to chat, but if the door is locked, we are probably at a site visit. Being at 1013 makes it easy for people to find us. We do not do much advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us. It is a straightforward way to run things. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings go up and old ones get renovated. We stay busy keeping up with all the changes in the area. It is hard work but it keeps us on our toes every single day.
