We operate out of a house in Sector 42 C, Chandigarh. The address is 2146 A. It’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a home-grown business. We focus on baby products, which is a bit different from the usual industrial stuff you see in the local business listings. Working from this part of Chandigarh is nice because it’s green and relatively peaceful compared to the main markets. We don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist and a coffee machine. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door or picking up the phone when it rings. We started this because we saw a need for these kinds of items, and we've just kept going from there. The space is filled with boxes and samples most of the time. It gets a bit crowded, especially when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to keep things organized enough to get the orders out. We aren't a giant factory; we’re more of a small group trying to make things work from a local base. People sometimes get confused finding the house number because the lanes look similar, but once they’re here, they see how we operate. It's a very hands-on job. We check the stock ourselves and make sure everything is packed right before it leaves. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s our way of doing business in the city. We’ve been in Sector 42 for a good stretch now and we like it here.
