Barista Lavazza

We’ve been here at Sector 35 B on T Kawade Road 422 for a while now. Most days it’s just us getting the machines warmed up before the morning crowd starts trickling in. It’s not a fancy place, really, just a spot where you can grab a cup and sit for a bit without anyone bothering you. We see the same faces every Tuesday and Thursday, mostly folks who work nearby or live just down the street. Sometimes the milk delivery is late and we have to scramble, or the grinder makes a weird noise that we have to fix on the fly. It's just part of the job. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the beans fresh because that’s what people expect when they walk through the door. It gets loud in here around noon, especially when the weather is nice and everyone wants to be out. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just making coffee and serving some snacks to whoever walks in. The chairs have some scuffs and the floor isn't always perfect, but we like it that way. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood. If you’re around T Kawade Road, you probably know where we are. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure nobody has to wait too long. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going here, and it works for us and the regulars who stop by daily.
