Bansal Properties

We are located in Pradeep Society, which is right in Sector 15 on Vaghodia Road. Bansal Properties has been here for a good while now. It is a comfortable spot in a residential area, so it feels very local. We don't have a big storefront on the main road, but people find us easily enough. Most of our neighbors know us by name. We spend our days dealing with houses and plots around Vaghodia Road. It is a part of town that has seen a lot of change recently. We usually have the tea kettle going and a few newspapers on the table. People drop in to chat about what is happening with property prices or just to say hello. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the streets of Sector 15. The office is filled with old registers and some newer computer files. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that corporate talk you hear elsewhere. If someone wants to know about a house in Pradeep Society or nearby, we just give them the facts. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that is just how it is. We like being part of the community here. It is a practical way to earn a living and help people out at the same time. We keep the doors open most of the day and sometimes late into the evening too. Stop by anytime.
