Balraj Road Lines

We are Balraj Road Lines. Our main yard is located at Plot No 5 on the Narol Highway Road in Sector 26. Being right on the highway is important for us because of the big trucks we move. It is a very dusty place, and there is always the smell of diesel and old tires in the air. My name is on the gate, but most of the work happens out in the yard where the drivers are. We have been at this spot for many years. It is not a clean or polished business environment. We have grease on our boots and the office is just a small cabin with a tin roof that gets really loud when it rains. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People know us because they see our trucks or they hear about us from other transporters on the road. The hours are very long and sometimes I am here until late at night checking the logs or talking to a driver who just finished a long haul. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty. The yard gets muddy during the monsoon, and we have to be careful with the equipment. We just keep our heads down and do the job. We don’t use any complicated software, just our phones and a lot of paper. It is a straightforward business for people who don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty to get things moved.
