If you spend any time in Sector 22, you probably know how busy the market blocks can get. We are located at Sco-2903/2904, which is a bit of a mouthful to say but it's where we spend most of our daylight hours. The office is tucked away in the row of commercial buildings that make up the backbone of this area. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the traffic outside, but we like it here. We handle a lot of different property things, mostly just talking to folks who live nearby or are looking to move into the sector. There are always files stacked up on the table and the tea guy comes by at least three times a day. We don't really do anything fancy; we just sit down with people and see what their situation is with their house or shop. Balaji Properties & Consultants has been in this particular spot for a while, so we know the local landlords and the way the market fluctuates in this part of town. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours when everyone is out shopping, but that's just life in Sector 22. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just try to be here when people need to ask a question about a lease or a plot. If the door is open, we're inside working on something or other. That’s pretty much how it goes every day for us.
