Baba Properties

Baba Properties is based in Sector 47, at number 3309/10. It is a straightforward office where we handle all kinds of real estate work. Chandigarh is a planned city, but finding the right place can still be a bit of a puzzle. We have been in Sector 47 for quite a while now. Most of our work involves helping people find apartments or houses that fit their budget. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or just see us while walking by. The office is a simple room with some chairs and a table. We keep it clean but it’s definitely a working space. There are always papers to be signed and phone calls to be made. We talk to landlords and tenants all day long. Sometimes negotiations take forever, but we just stick with it. We know the layout of Sector 47 and the nearby blocks very well. If there is a vacant spot, we usually know about it before the signs go up. It is a quiet neighborhood mostly, which we like. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It is just us doing our daily work. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door. If a property has issues with water or electricity, we say it. That way, there are no surprises later on. It’s just how we prefer to run things.
