Azad Properties

Azad Properties is located at 3218 in Sector 22, which is right in the heart of Lokhandwala in Andheri. This is a very busy part of the city, and our little corner is no different. We are surrounded by shops, apartments, and people always on the move. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files piled up from over the years, but we know where everything is. My partner and I have been handling properties in Lokhandwala for a long time. We know which buildings have the best views and which ones are prone to leaks during the monsoon. We don't use any fancy talk or try to push people into things they don't want. Mostly, we just have a chat and see what might work for their budget. The energy in Sector 22 is always high, and we like being in the middle of it. Sometimes customers come in just to escape the heat and end up talking to us about their families while we look for a flat for them. We are just regular people trying to make the process of finding a home a bit less stressful. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of agents. It is just the two of us, a couple of mobile phones, and a lot of local knowledge. We take things one day at a time and try to be useful to the people in Andheri.
