Avtar Associate

Avtar Associate is located at 87 Sector 44 Udhana, over in the Harinagar-II area. We are up on the second floor. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs, but it's okay once you get there. The view from the window looks out over the street, so I can see what's happening outside while I work. This area has a lot of small shops and houses mixed together. It gets pretty lively during the day. I’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s just a standard office setup with the basic things we need to get through the day. I don’t see the need for anything too flashy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for now. We mostly handle local things and talk to people from the nearby blocks. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or take a break. It's just part of being in this part of town. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at my desk. There are a few tea stalls nearby if I need a quick drink. It’s a simple life here at 87 Sector 44. I like the routine of coming in, opening the windows, and getting started. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We don’t do big ads. It’s just about doing the work and being here when people need us for their various needs.
