We are located in Mohali at Hno 2653, right in Phase 7. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels more like a home than a big company. Aviation Hospitality And Management Limited started here because we wanted a place that was easy for people to reach without going into the heavy industrial zones. Phase 7 is a nice area with plenty of trees and houses. Our office is basically a converted house where we’ve turned the rooms into training areas and workspaces. You can hear the normal sounds of the street, like scooters passing by or vendors calling out, which is quite different from a silent office building. We have a small team here. We spend our mornings setting up for the day and the afternoons dealing with all the management tasks that pile up. It’s not a polished environment. The furniture is a bit mismatched and we use whatever space is available. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just sit around and discuss what needs to be done next. It’s practical and honest work. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, but usually, we wrap up and head out like everyone else in the neighborhood. Being in Mohali feels right for us. It’s a growing place and we are just happy to have our little corner here to do our thing every day without any fuss or unnecessary complications in our daily routine.
