Our place is at 134 Sector 18. It’s a regular building in a busy sector. We’ve been operating from this address for a good while. Sector 18 is a well-known area, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We deal with various property matters, mostly houses and some commercial plots nearby. The office is just a plain room with a couple of desks. We don't believe in making things look more complicated than they are. Most of the time, we are just checking listings or talking on the phone with owners. People stop by to ask about the current rates in the sector. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We’ve seen the area grow and the prices change quite a bit. It’s interesting to see who is moving in and who is leaving. We try to keep our records updated so we can give quick answers. It’s not a big fancy operation with a lot of staff. Just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We spend our mornings going through the new listings and our afternoons meeting people. The street outside can get a bit crowded with parked cars. That’s just part of working in Sector 18. We like being here because it’s central. We just do our thing and help people find the right property for them. It’s quite simple really. No need for anything more than that.
