Our day usually starts with checking what houses are empty and who is looking to sell. It is a lot of local stuff. It is mostly just about knowing who is who in the neighborhood. We talk to the neighbors and the guards to see what is happening. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what is new. We try to give them the straight talk without any extra fluff or sales talk. It is not always easy to find the right match for someone, but we keep trying anyway. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, so we stay inside mostly during the afternoons. Then it gets busy again in the evening. It is a simple operation, really. We just like helping folks find a spot in Sector 22 without making it too complicated for them.
